Finally a response!

I received a letter from Singapore Management University.

To be specific, a rejection letter.

I feel so rejected.

Yum Yum!

And because of this, I did my 1st ever parallel parking!

Yay!

Mommy looking so happy she finally got what she's been craving for.

Aww...

WONDERFUL!

This durian uncle was asking my mom about my age,

whether or not I'm still schooling and if I had a boyfriend already.

And the funny thing was...I was right smack in front of him!

Skilled durian UNCLE.

Maybe not uncle cos he isn't too old...

Lots of others enjoying this local fruit which most locals

appreciate...But I do know people who hates it the core.

My sister. Too bad! ;P

I just love all the hand painted signs...Great!

Even Doremon loves durians!

We were heading back home and mom saw another DURIAN selling

place and she ordered me to pull over immediately! LOL!

Rejected with a heavy heart

So here's the story...

I got a few offers from the Unis and was supposed

to accept one of the offers by 1st June 2010...

(which is today by the way)

Chemistry at NUS is definitely a NO NO for me

because for those of you who knows my academic

strengths and weaknesses, chemistry is just something

I cannot do! Right Mary?:P

And the other one is Sociology at NTU, which

I actually went through a lot for just to get accepted.

I had to go sit for a 50min written test and also

an interview (with a hot sociologist*ggggg*).

And I actually really wanted that...

BUT, here's the thing, the teaching course at NTU

accepted me as well after a round of interview and they

have a pretty awesome and pretty tempting offer.

$ $ $ $ $ $ $

You get what I mean right?

So yeah...I accepted that.

Due to its 'Economical and Practical' offers.

And this morning at work, I went to the website to reject

the other offers and boy was it hard for me to click the

Confirm button to reject those offers.

And I know that I'm not gonna change my decision a long

time ago after I accepted the teaching course offer but

I just couldn't bring myself to reject the rest as well.

So today, I finally did it with a heavy heart.

My cousins and I went to a kinda sleazy mall for some karaoke fun.

Only because apparently it was a cheap-o place to sing and chill.

We sang so loud, laughed so hard, we almost brought the whole damn

building down! Can't wait for another outing like this again!

Oh oh oh! We met SyaSya's boyfriend for the first time too.

He stayed for a while but he left which was good cos if he didn't

I don't think we would have gone crazy that night;P

We had PRATA for super late supper (almost like breakfast)

at some prata joint nearby. Prata and teh tarik.

Just simply an awesome combination for our hungry bellies.

Kak Dzuly drove us back home safe and sound.

I was hungry so I called my mom up and said to her

'Let's drive out to eat when I reach home from work later!'.

And when I reached home, the moment I opened the door,

I burst out laughing because they were all in the living room

all set and ready to go...HHAHAH.Hilarious man.

Drove down to Simpang bedok for supper.
