I just thought of sharing with you something nice about my Internship experience. :)

Y'knw, lately at work I've been doing lots and lots and lots of PCR work.

And you know every single time when you carry out PCR, you are

gonna have to cast agarose gels to check if a specific DNA fragment of interest

is present or not right?

OK. I think I've lost most of you here.

But nvm, my freaks will understand. (:

So anyway, the point is...

I make jelly every single freaking day!

Like you'll see me making jelly in the lab like the whole day, everyday!

So one day, as usual, I was making jelly for the PCR products

the first thing in the morning and the boys came in.

Btw, the boys are other interns form other schools I made friends with.

To cut the story short,

the came in and called me THE JELLY BABE!

(and PCR QUEEN too actually but I find JELLY BABE more fresh and young like me!)

So I was sick on Monday right...

Went to see the DOC to get my MC in the morning.

Took my medication right after then went to bed again.

Then around 5 or so...Went out to hang out with Zachary

after he passed me back 'my' helmet without my freaking name on it!

Yeah...I was pissed at first. Actually still quite pissed lah.

But I'll just let it go...So anyway, met him, called CT+Idham up

and they happened to be around the area so in the end the four of us

hanged out.IT HAS BEEN QUITE SOMETIME YOU KNOW!

I was screaming the whole freaking time!

so hot hot!

I'm at home now when I'm supposed to be at work.
This morning I woke up at 5:30, still feeling unwell,
however, very determined to go to work...So I did everything
slowly. Bathed slowly, rummaged my closet for clothes slowly,
dressed slowly etc...I even thought of walking slowly to the MRT station!
But sadly, right before I was about to leave my house, I couldn't take it.
So I went back to bed. :(

I never really believed what my mom says about showering immediately
after you are exposed to the rain so that you won't fall sick.
But now I do.
That was exactly how I fell sick.

So anyway,
I went to work at Toa Payoh as usual on Saturday.
Right after, rushed back to Tampines to meet Suz and Ct
to get Joanna's birthday pressie at TM. It took us so
long just to find a purr-fect gift for Joanna Tan.
Went to her house...Food was finger licking good!
Ice cream cake was absolutely lip smacking!
Love the warm 'family and close friends' atmosphere on a cold gloomy night!
HAPPY 19TH BIRTHDAY JOANNNA TAN!

Walked Suz home...I mean walked Suz halfway home right after.
Met man...I freaking drove his freaking van!
Plus, he taught me vertical parking.
So, I kinda got myself 'free' driving lesson that night.
Talked.Talked.Talked.

And on Sunday...
I spent the whole freaking day at home feeling like shite!
I so wanted to go for Mr Barista's coffee presentation but I couldn't!:(
I still feel like shit this very moment...But a little better.

I HAVE TO GO TO WORK TOMORROW!
Confocal microscope training by a HOTTT angmoh!!!
I can't afford to miss this man!

Met Man on Wednesday after my attachment at 6.
He picked me up at Tampines Mrt Station, and I
thought that he was gonna drive us somewhere near
like Simpang Bedok or smth, but we ended up in Bali Lane.
Traffic into town was horrible man! All because of the freaking
IT Fair at Suntect!So anyway, he brought me to this place called
NABINS.Cool place man! Shisha-ed, talked, eat and drink.
If you ever were to go there, you HAVE TO TRY Halib Falastin!

I had my 2ND night driving lesson and this time,
I drove in the circuit for the first time!!!

Charlene and I went Grocery Shopping at NTUC
right after work today to stock up on food for lunch
for this week.I find this really funny cos I never thought
that of all people, CHARLENE would actually agree
on grocery shopping!So let's see what we've got ourselves...

A box of Banana Nut Crunch
2 one Litre cartons of HL Milk
A can of freaking TUNA
Two cans of Campbell's soup
2 freaking boxes of Plain Crackers
One jar of Raspberry Jam
A packet of Instant Microwavable Pasta

I'm so looking forward to lunch tomorrow!
Oh yah...We're gonna dump all our grocery items in the freaking pantry.

Let's blog.

I've successfully endured the first week of attachment at TLL.
The long and tiring peak hour journeys to and fro.
The complicatedness of NUS itself.
The hours and hours of staring at my fruit fly friends.
The tedious wet lab work.
The BORING people and environment.
My goodness!
But never mind,I'll go through this with an open freaking mind!

So anyway,
Haven't really tried exploring the other canteens in NUS.
Cos we haven't really settled down yet and familiarised
ourselves with the whole 'new everything' fact.
We only tried the Prince George's canteen, which suck big time.
And the business canteen which is slightly, and I mean slightly better.

I hate office aunties man!
Their keophness is intolerable man!
Their mouths too...

I've been looking forward to Saturday the whole week man!
Yeah...Cos Saturday is the day that we are finally gonna execute
Siti's birthday plan that I had in mind since during the exam's
study break!And there it is...All done.So fast.
If you guys haven't known already, I was studying with Su and Amine
one day during the study break, in Mac Donald's.
Then it hit me!
I told myself I wanted to give Siti a Mac Donalds birthday party :)
And yesterday, it all happened like the wind brushing across my face.
Pictures will be up once I get my hands on those babies.

I LOVE DAISO!
I wanna live in DAISO.
Went to PS yesterday with Zachary after the party.
Watched my bloody valentine, which is extremely tiring to
watch cos its just gore and bloody with lots of suspense,
It was okay lah...
Got myself some 3D nail art stickers, cute iron on patches,
tweezers and of course ZIPLOCKFRESH bags!!!
I have to admit, sometimes I cannot even explain why
I end up buying what I bought at Daiso, so don't ask why!

I miss SCHOOL.
Every single freaking thing about it!

Oh!Btw, Driving this time was awesome!
I didn't suck like I did before and after the exams.
Uncle Johnny allowed me to drive back home again.
Coooooooooool!

I guess what goes around really comes around.
I'm left feeling unappreciated.
But it's okay...

At times like this I wish I had paid attention during N-EVIL'S lectures!!!

Goodness!What a day...

First day of attachment at TLL was kinda OK.

Except for the fact that Charlene and I took like 1 hr 15 mins from

Clementi MRT station to get to TLL.

Took so many damn shuttle buses in NUS itself before we could reach TLL man!

That aside, I made loads of new friends too!!!
